SHIPPING CONDITIONS

Quality and transparency are fundamental values ​​of Casalfe, which is why we draw up manuals and quality controls on a regular basis in all our processes. Prices.

All prices in our Casalfe online store include VAT. Shipping costs.

National shipping costs for the Iberian Peninsula and the Balearic Islands are free for orders over €10. The shipping cost for orders that do not reach the minimum indicated is €3.5.

For shipments to the Canary Islands, Ceuta or Melilla, the minimum order must be €25 plus €6 shipping costs. From €45 free shipping.

*For shipments outside of Spain. Europe: €10; Africa: €22; America, Australia and Asia: €25.

Delivery times.

Delivery will be made in 48-72 business hours for orders received before 11am.

The courier company will send a tracking number so that you can make inquiries regarding the status of the order. If within these periods, you need your order to be delivered on a fixed date, you must do so in the order notes.

*Please keep in mind for delivery that the order could be slightly delayed when it coincides with a local or national holiday.

Return Policy.

The return period in our online store is 14 days from receipt of the order. In no case should the client return the merchandise to Casalfe, S.L by their own means. Casalfe, S.L will not be responsible for the merchandise if the customer returns it by their own means.

To return any item from our online store, you can contact quality@casalfe.es or call 942 332 602. Here is how to proceed in each case:

1. Product damaged during shipping. Upon receipt of the product, we ask you to please check it carefully in case it has been damaged in shipping. In that case, contact us immediately through our contact channels or by calling 942 332 602 where we will tell you how to proceed.

2. Wrong product. In the event that we have made a mistake in sending the product, first of all, we apologize and inform you that you can return it within the next 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the order. Please don’t forget to contact us.

3. Defective product. For the return of a defective product, we must first verify the defect of the item by sending photos in which it is verified that the item is really damaged or deteriorated. From here on, everything is up to us. 4. Product that does not meet your expectations. If when you receive the product, you realize that unfortunately it is not what you were looking for, do not worry, you can return it within 14 calendar days from receipt of the product. To do this, you just have to contact us. It is necessary that the product is in perfect condition with all its accessories. When we receive the merchandise in our warehouse and check its condition, we will refund the amount of your order, discounting the shipping costs. Do not forget to keep the original packaging, because if you do not return the product in the original packaging, the product will suffer a depreciation, in addition to being hit during transport and if we receive it very damaged we will have to apply an extra cost for said depreciation of the product. .

Devolution costs.

If you return a product to us due to an error on the part of CASALFE, that is, a damaged, deteriorated, defective product or a shipping error, we will always assume all the costs of the return. If you want to return a product because it does not meet your expectations, please contact us. The return costs will be the same as the delivery costs. These delivery and return costs will be deducted from the total amount to be returned.

Personalized products will not be subject to exchange or return, except for those that are defective or incorrectly supplied. The content of this website is the property of Casalfe S.L.
